Busch Gardens Williamsburg
Busch Gardens is an action-packed European-themed adventure park with 17th-century charm and 21st-century technology, boasting more than 350 acres of fun-filled exploration. Try one of the parkÂ´s many white-knuckle rides, celebrate the Oktoberfest German-style or try some Irish home-cooking at GroganÂ´s Grill youÂ´ll be spoilt for choice.
The park is home to more than 50 rides and attractions, including Griffon, the worlds tallest and first floorless dive coaster. A new Sesame-Street themed area features four new KIDsiderate rides and shows that will delight young and the young at heart. Stage shows, culinary delights and world-class shopping experiences provide fun for the whole family.
Here youÂ´re bound to find something to please everyone; there are eleven different areas including hamlets themed to European villages from England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, France and Italy as well as French Canada. There is also a special area for children at the Land of the Dragons. In addition to the parkÂ´s other attractions include Jack HannaÂ´s Wild Reserve where youll find bald eagles and wolves and the Highland Stables featuring Scottish Blackface sheep, Border collies, black Clydesdales and a European barn owl where you can get to stroke and pet the animals during daily demonstrations.
There is a also a wide selection of cafés and restaurants at the park as well as shops selling hand-crafted gifts, one-of-a-kind artisan creations, and unique pieces full of authentic European charm.
In keeping with the family image of Busch Gardens, guests must wear appropriate clothing while in the park. Shirts, skirts or pants (including jeans or shorts), and shoes must be worn at all times.

Are credit/debit cards accepted? Which ones? MasterCard , Visa , Novus/Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are only accepted when issued with the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.

Are there smoking / non smoking areas? There are designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "Designated Smoking Area" signs, which are situated near most restrooms. These signs are clearly denoted on the park maps
May the client bring his/her own food? Is there a picnic area? Picnic areas are situated in each parking lot. Picnic baskets and coolers are not allowed inside the park. Is there any fee or limitation for photo/video camera usage? For safety reasons, picture taking is not permitted on any ride except the Sky Ride, Busch Garden's Railway, and Rhine River Cruise. Due to the nature and dynamics of all rides and the potential for injury, unsecured cameras or video cameras of any size are not permitted on the rides. To store such equipment, either return them to your vehicle or use the lockers that are available for a nominal fee.
Which currencies are accepted? American dollars.
Which is the minimum/maximum height to participate? Height requirements are posted at each attraction. Your child may be measured at the height check station located at the Guest Assistance Center in England. All guests, including those using wheelchairs, must meet the height requirement.
Which is the minimum/maximum weight to participate? In order to ride, all seatbelts, lap bars, and shoulder harnesses must be positioned and fastened properly. Due to rider restraint system requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides. Larger guests may experience difficulty on Alpengeist, Apollo's Chariot, and Griffon. Test seats are located at the ride entrance and we recommend utilizing these before entering the ride queue. Our team members may assist you by asking you to try out the seat.
Others Pet care is provided in the England Parking Lot. Pets are not allowed inside the park. Fees apply for pet care. The facility is ventilated but not temperature-controlled. Pets will be offered fresh water, but it is the owner's responsibility to bring food and feed their pet. Trained service animals are welcome at Busch Gardens. Busch Gardens prohibits the use of two-wheeled vehicles (e.g. Segways) within our parks. Alternatives for guests who arrive at our park with one of these devices are manual or electric wheelchairs. Christmas is a separate-ticketed event and admission is valid for one event evening only.
