San Diego Zoo with Transport from Los Angeles
The San Diego Zoo With has with more than 4.000 animals and 800 species one of the largest collections of exotic wild animals in the world! Your favorite animals at the zoo come from all over the world including Africa, Asia, Australia, South America, and the Arctic. The Zoo offers shows that are fun and educational. There are daily shows throughout the zoo where monkeys, felines and birds demonstrate their special abilities. You can also opt to take part in an activity at the zoo like feeding the giraffes, taking a guided bus tour, or riding on the Skyfari tram for an aerial view of the zoo and the animals. This visit provides a better understanding of the animal kingdom and an exciting experience in learning about the animals of the world!

Start or opening time Tour departs Grauman's Chinese Theater daily at 9:00 am. Please confirm pick up and drop off locations and times directly with supplier at least 48 hours prior to tour departure.
Is there any parking? Is it on the street, private or public? Yes, if your parking ticket is validated it valids for 2 hours for a fee, also you can buy a ticket for all day. Please note fees are subject to change.Entrance to this underground parking is by the Renaissance Hotel 1755 N.Highland Ave. at Johnny Grant Way, the sign reads "5 Star Public Parking Hollywood & Highland", or from 1754 N. Orange Dr. with the sign that reads 5 Star Public Parking Hollywood & Highland.Having parked please make your way to the forecourt of the Chinese Theatre, by taking the elevator.

Are they trained in first aid? The Zoo has a First Aid office, located next to the Reptile house.
Is lunch/dinner included on this tour? No
Are there smoking / non smoking areas? Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Zoo or Safari Park grounds or parking lots. Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to have their hands stamped for same-day reentry when leaving our grounds to smoke. Please keep your ticket! Safari Park guests should keep their parking receipts to avoid having to pay twice for same-day parking when leaving for and returning from smoke breaks.
May the client bring his/her own food? Is there a picnic area? Guests may bring personal food items into our parks. Large food storage containers such as coolers are not permitted on grounds and there no facilities available for food storage. For the convenience of guests, there are picnic areas located outside the Zoos main entrance and near the Safari Parks entry plaza within easy walking distance of our parking lots. Zoo and Park guests who have already entered our parks may get their hand stamped for re-entry on the same day of their visit during park operating hours.
Would people with limited mobility have accessibility problems? (to the vehicle, to the restaurant,...) Vehicles used for the tours are wheelchair accessible, but all customers are recommended to notify the supplier at least 48 hours in advance.
Is it feasible for wheelchair-confined persons? San Diego Zoo has a variety of options to assist you and your family. Both of our parks offer an Easy Access Pass that allows you to go to the head of the lines at the Zoos Bus Depot and Skyfari aerial tram and the Safari Parks Africa Tram Safari. In addition, there are complimentary shuttles to assist you and your party in accessing our lower canyon areas.Please stop by the Zoo's Security Office to request our ADA Packet that will include information on these services as well as descriptions of exhibits and show access.
Is there any fee or limitation for photo/video camera usage? We encourage guests to take photos at both the Zoo and the Safari Park. As a not-for-profit organization, commercial use of photos taken at our facilities is strictly prohibited. Entering photo contests does not infringe on our copyright policies as long as photos taken on our grounds are not published. Lens size and other equipment is up to you; there are no restrictions other than please be courteous to other guests who may wish to get a close look as well.
